You will be responsible for Planning, Supervising & Overseeing the workflow at site. The goal is to ensure that operations/execution of the project is carried out productively within the time frames so as to ensure quality, profitability and sustainable growth. A link between subordinates and upper management
* Inspection & Measurements of the Project Site including Line Marking
* Coordinate with the Store team to ensure that all materials and tools (in working condition) are delivered on site
* Checking inventory Material list and identify shortfall material if any. Coordinate the delivery needs of all material and checks deliveries against purchase orders to ensure correct delivery.
* Maintaining attendance of all site workers
* Ensuring all workers adherance to safety regulations
* Organize work plan and have daily site meetings with workers at the beginning of the day to discuss the plan and delegate work to workers
* Supervise, coordinate and monitor each phase of work to determine relevant legal requirements, process & procedures , quality standards are met and the work is as per schedule
* Sending Progress Report on daily basis
* Preparing inventory list of all unused material
* Complete Accountability of the the site untill handover
* Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
Candidate should be a competent individual who is able to guide and train Workers. Should have good communication & Team Management Skills. Must be well-versed in processes under the role's responsibility and be result driven and focussed. Travelling is a must
