India Infoline, a prominent player in the realm of stock trading and investment, offers a diverse range of financial services, including DMAT and trading accounts, stock indices, KYC compliance, derivatives, IPOs, mutual funds, online share trading, commodities and many many more.
How do you design the workplace for an organization that has 30+ distinctly unique divisions, that need to be able to celebrate their individuality and diversity, and yet be tied to one purpose of the company? That was our challenge for designing the India Infoline office. SDKP embarked on a comprehensive exploration of the company’s vision, and it was ‘worth it!’
SDKP aimed to create an office environment that not only reflected the essence of the financial services provided but also facilitated a conducive atmosphere for innovation and collaboration. A tangible office design, that incorporated designated zones for various financial services, ensuring a seamless and organised workflow. Adaptable workstations, advanced technology integration, and strategic planning of meeting spaces catered to the specific needs of different departments within the organisation.
The space would also provide their employees with an assortment of Workstations, privacy areas, phone booths & meeting rooms, all with a more modern contemporary look & feel. Our design aimed to create a spirited and efficient workspace that reflects the complexity of the financial industry while fostering a collaborative environment for the diverse teams involved."
