You will be responsible for Candidate Recruitments , Maintaining Employee Records, Processing of salaries,Job Analysis, Designing & updating existing company profile
* Designing & posting job Descriptions
* Screening Resumes and sourcing potential candidates from various platforms
* Cooridnate with Business Head and line up candidates for interview
* Complete all new - hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
* Maintaining all employee records like Attendance, Leave Record,etc
Processing Company Payroll & Disbursal of salaries
Handle Discliplinary Actions
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement Performance Review Procedures
New Joinee / Exit Formalities
Candidate should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, Demonstrable experience in recruiting and negotiating skills, Extensive Knowldege of applicant tracking systems,Strong understanding of HR functions, Methods, Stategies, Procedures and Policies
