You will be responsible for Planning, Designing and executing the project within the timeframe with quality and precision meeting the expectations of both Management and client.
* Inspection & Measurements of the Project Site.
* Site Line Marking
* Furniture Planning.
* Concept Drawings
* GFC Drawings
* Making BOMs & BOQs
* Material Knowledge & Planning
* Site Supervision, Inspection and Supervision of all activities related to the project.
* Site Coordination with various services like Electrical, HVAC, Networking, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Civil, Carpentry, POP & Gypsum
* Constant monitoring of the quality of the project assigned.
* Ensuring Project Completion within the desired time frame.
Candidate should be self-driven, and flexible in approach and timing. Should have good communication skills, GoodPlanner and organiser, Coordination and team Handling Skills, and be Resourceful with excellent time management skillsto deliver high results.
